Shipping
At SCOPE Safety & Security, Online Orders received by 11:00 am during a regular business day ship out within 1-2 Busniss day if product in stock. Our packages are shipped via Canada Post and only to Canadian Addresses - we do not ship outside of Canada. In addition, tracking info and signatures upon delivery is required on all outgoing shipments.
Restrictions apply to Remote Locations and Air Only Destinations.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes and Rural Addresses?

A: Yes, we ship via Canada post. Courier services are not available to ship to PO Box and Rural address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30 Day Refund or Exchanges:
We take pride in providing our customers with the right equipment and support. Should any items not meet your expectations, please request a return.
Eligibility will be reviewed during the request process. We offer a 30 Day Refund or Exchange Program, so any items that do not meet your satisfaction can be returned within this time frame.

Items That Do Not Qualify for Refund/Exchange:

Final Sale items such as: Clearance Items, Discounted or Sale Items, Special Order Items, Body Armor, Protective Equipment, or Hygienic Equipment (eg. ear moulds, socks and undergarments)

Item not in a resalable condition such as: Garments Altered, Worn, or Washed, Garments with tags removed, or Original Packaging not in resalable condition (In some cases for packaging issues a restocking or repackaging fee may apply.)

Should your item(s) not meet any one or more of these criteria, the item(s) would be returned to you at your expense.

Courses and Training
Courses and Training are available to be booked online. Our education programs are available in-classroom, instructor-led online, as well as in the self-directed Learning Management System (LMS). No refunds or re-schedule will be available for the failer to attend the start date of the training. If you are unable to attend training, please contact us at training@scope-safety.com within 2 business days of training to discuss re-schedule options. If SCOPE cancels an education session at any time, the purchaser will be given a selection of options available at the discretion of SCOPE Safety & Security (some examples could include, re-schedule of training, refund, or change of training available) these examples are for example purposes only and a direct email will be provided to discusses the specific case by case resolution.
